Scientific work in the Chair of particle physics and cosmology,
Physics Department of
Moscow State University,
is concentrated on the borderline between theoretical physics
of elementary particles, astrophysics and cosmology.
Staff members are worldwide-known theoretical
physicists. In teaching, we rely on reasearch in collaboration
with specialists from different institutions:
SINP MSU,
JINR,
LPI,
ITEP.
Chair is heavily involved in international reasearch programs
with CERN,
EPFL (Switzerland),
ULB (Belgium),
ICRR
(Japan), Boston U. (USA).
The base institute of the chair is
